Eligibility Criteria

• The students of Andhra Pradesh permanent residents are eligible for the scheme.

• The annual income of the family should be low as per the criteria.
• They have set up a maximum income criterion of Rs 2 lakh per annum.

• All students with a graduate or bachelor’s degree from a recognised Institute or university can apply for the scheme.
• The age criteria are between 21 to 37 years.
• Those who belong to backward classes have a maximum age limit is 35 years, and for SC and ST students, it is 37 years.

Who is not Eligible?

• The student who is already getting another scholarship is excluded from the scheme.

Selection Procedure For Andhra Pradesh Vidyonnathi Scheme

The student for the NTR Vidyonnathi Scheme will be selected on the basis of the eligibility criteria mentioned above. The authorities will sanction rupees 10000 in their bank account only after they will full fill all the guidelines and rules for this scheme. They will make sure that only those students who are really in need and must belong to a family that is under financial crisis. students will apply on dedicated portal jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in..

They will select the student for the free coaching facilities for 9 to 12 months from the reputed Institute. After the completion of coaching, the student will get a stipend of RTs 10K to cover their expenses. The student will get coaching for the Civil Service Examination, both for prelims and mains. The coaching amount is directly transferred to the institute by the government to provide free coaching for the students.

All the selected candidates will get the information on their mobile numbers through a notification. And student will be allotted to the coaching institute based on their merit. The student will get the second instalment in their bank account only after the completion of the full coaching.
