Benefits for the volunteers

• The candidate above 18 can apply for the festival and must have a bag account and a ballot PAN card.
• They will not provide the travel and accommodation in Goa.
  The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi.
• As a benefit, they will provide a certificate of participation after the completion of the festival and a daily typhoid of Rupees with the tea snacks and dinner.

Terms and Conditions

• The art festival is free for everyone, but registration is mandatory for the volunteers.
• After the registration process, they will provide you with the entry passes to your email address and WhatsApp number
• Please enter the passes that will be used as the registration proof to get the entry for the art festival in Goa.
• The Other participants who will participate in this art festival, like volunteer crew members, etc. Will collect their cards from the registration desk at the Old GMC complex. They will get the entry only through these cards.
• If you haven’t registered before the event, then the on sports registration is also available, but you will get entry passes as per the capacity of the venue.
• Make sure you reach the venue 20 minutes before the performance or any workshop.
• One individual is eligible for one pass unless he/ she register for multiple tickets.
• A single individual can get up to a maximum of 4 tickets.
• All the tickets in the entry passes are non-refundable or non-exchangeable at any cost.
• If the festival is cancelled, then you will get the refund within 10 days.
• The volunteers who will register for the art festival will get a Stipend.
